A Plus Taxi now offers a free SmartPhone App that allows you to book your ride, then watch your vehicle arrive in real time! Choose from the 5 closest vehicles to you or let the system make the vehicle assignment automatically. Tap on any car to see its distance from you as well as its estimated ETA. You’ll even get an estimated fare, based on our meter rates! Regardless of whether you choose a car, which seats 4, or a van, which seats 6, the price is the same! We will never charge surge rates nor do we charge a per-head fee.

The A Plus App is friendly and easy to use -just launch the app and it will already be showing your present location as the pickup. You may keep this or type in any other pickup address or place, then click Next and enter your destination. Press Next to see the closest available cars or to add a note for the driver. Touch on any car to see its ETA and distance. Press Submit to book your trip! Now, watch as your trip is assigned and see the vehicle arrive in real-time. No more wondering when the driver will arrive! You’ll receive an alert when the driver is nearby. At the end of your trip, please rate your driver out of 5 stars!

In addition to app-based booking, A Plus offers text and online (web) booking services, as well as 24x7 local telephone dispatch service.
